required wednesday listening: Surely We Can Change by David Crowder Band
Verse of the week: Isaiah 42:16
Good things:
-talking with old friends
-taking baby steps
-applying for a dream job
-learning to be thankful
Hard things:
-giving up a whole summer with my youth group
-figuring out all this mess
-not seeing your best friend for a very long time
It has been one heck of a week.
by far the busiest, and like every week before it had highs and lows.
so here's my week in pictures:
choir went to festival and women's choir made state!
I went on a neature walk with Mrs.Patti and new friend Sandy.
I sorted through many many issues on this hike.
I got to spend Sunday night AND Tuesday night talking with one of my most favorite people, Alex!
I began a biology experiment in the school greenhouse today!
Tonight, I enjoyed a great outdoor bible study with my senior high group. and along with it came great discussion and lots of laughs. I also had the privilege of talking with an old friend tonight. My soul has missed her and all the memories we have shared together. She, above all others, knows my deepest secrets and hopes. I enjoy her company and her insight so much. thankful for having her in my life.
week 3 is done and gone. here's to week 4.
